I would never have expected to find myself working in the financial industry - with its reputation of being dull, male-dominated and overly complicated with its jargon and terminology.

But when a close friend urged me to meet with a Mortgage Advisor who needed an assistant, I jumped at the opportunity and never looked back. Starting from the bottom, I fell in love with the industry and decided to build my career around it.
